Software Developer Python (Java)

Oracle is looking for bright, motivated developers to develop innovative software applications for the Software as a Services side of the business. The successful candidate will work on improving and expanding the existing Optimization Services products and be involved in the creation of new ones.

Requirements:
· 3 years experience programming in one of the following Python, Java or C++
· Experience developing on UNIX/Linux, or administering UNIX/Linux systems
· Relational database design and/or SQL programming.
· Team player and good communication skills.
· Excellent software architecture, implementation, and problem solving skills.
Desirable:
· Development experience using network & / or telecoms protocols
· Experience in JSP 2.0, Servlets, and custom tag libraries.
· Tomcat, Apache or Weblogic experience.
· Experience developing for a SaaS/hosted environment.
· 'Experience using jQuery
