Responsibilities
• Design and maintain media rich Flash animations as assigned.
• Provide efficient and effective solutions for assigned projects.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and practices.
• Provide regular status reports on assigned projects.
• Provide input for continuing job related training to enhance existing skills or to develop new ones.

Required Skills
• Skilled in Flash animation (motion and interaction)
• Good UI and visual design sense
• Expertise in Flash Development: Actionscript 2 and 3, object-oriented programming, CPU/Memory optimization, JavaScript/Flash bridging, Cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication with Art Directors and Production Managers, team, and problem solving skills
• 3-5 years of experience as a Flash Designer/ Developer
• Ability and desire to learn new processes and technology
• Proficient in both Mac & PC operation and related software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
• English speaking, reading and writing capabilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure, with good humor and a strong sense of teamwork
