•Work with the Technical Lead and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution. Involves application configuration and some development.
•Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase.
•Assist with the installation of Click Software products.
•Assist customer with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customer’s business objectives.
•Assist customer or third party integrator to develop interfaces to our products’ APIs.
•Provide technical training to the customer technical staff.
•Provide on-site support to customer during the testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deployment.

Requirements:
•B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
•At least 2 years experience working with Visual Basic. VB.Net, Knowledge of C++preferable.
•Experience with Oracle, MS SQL-Server, and NT.
•Experience with development of Web-based business aplications, using XML, ASP, and VBScript.
•Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of Click Software solutions.
•At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the implementation of enterprise commercial business applications.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Willingness to extensive travel (1-3 weeks or a month)
