Responsibilities:
Responsible for Customer satisfaction – their performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations based on Analysis
Managing assigned client’s request and needs, and provide them with a full support
Promoting assigned tasks to internal divisions within the company
Be on top of clients’ business model, marketing tools and promotions as well as competitors developments
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in Project Management
Experience from a software or internet company
Good understanding of an internet world
Self motivated, details oriented, self managed, team player
Knowledge in internet advertising - advantage
Service and Business orientated with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Mandatory: excellent English, both written and spoken
Advantage: experience working with clients abroad
Big Advantage: Italian/ Spanish
