Head of Compliance & Risk Management –
The position is located in our Offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing transactions and assure we keep our CHBK ratio below the targeted thresholds and limit our financial losses due to fraud activity to specific targets.
• Partner’s risk – monitor the risk in the operation of our partner program.
• Enforcing our operating manual on all different departments in the group.
• Develop automatic fraud prevention modules to limit financial and legal risk.
• Back Office operational management
• Establish and operate 1st tier of Support from Cyprus.
• Establish and operate Accounting Support - money in/out procedures and communication protocols with clients to assure fast withdrawal processes.

Requirements
· BA in Industrial Engineering/Information Technology or Law school certification.
· Experience in operational management/ legal background
· Experience in data analysis – a plus
· Willingness to relocation to Cyprus for a period of 2 years
