Leading Sports Club Searching for Senior Accountant General Job description: • Provide counsel and advice to the CEO, C.F.O. AND head office ownership (Canada) on financing, and financial reporting and disclosure; • Oversee and ASSIST IN THE managING OF staff who have responsibility for the consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, financing, and payroll; • Nurture the relationships within your area of responsibility and ensure that each member of the team understands his or her position, where they fit into the process, and assist in their growth and development; ,הגדרת תפקיד:Requirements: • Chartered Public Accounting designation or equivalent; • Degree in business, preferably a MBA; • Excellent knowledge of accounting practices as applied to cash flow forecasting, consolidated financial and management reporting, and income taxes, including a thorough understanding of internal controls, • Excellent knowledge and experience related to financing and cash management; • Excellent knowledge and experience related to the appropriate use of technology and information systems in a commercial business environment; • Ability to design and produce quality financial management reports; • Knowledge of payroll and payroll processes; • 2-3 years of experience in managing staff; • Excellent English and Hebrew oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within the organization and to outside parties.
