Principal accountabilities: *Ability of cross company project management including coordination with internal functions such as R&D, QC, Eng, Supply Chain, Import dept, Warehouses, Offices worldwide, etc. *Ability to speak, correspond and negotiate with vendors and agents in English and Hebrew. *Issue PO’s based on agreement defined by Contract Managers. *Follow up open PO’s based on dynamic delivery plans defined by the Supply Chain. *Ability to control costs of general components.

Qualifications: *Relevant experience in a similar position. *Working experience in HiTec companies – Preferable *Fluent Hebrew & English – written and verbal

Former experience with an ERP system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

*Knowledge of International trade rules , tax etc *Self-learning of new processes *Willing to work part time (50%)

Main Interfaces in/outside ECI:
Internal: R&D, Engineering, Planning, Project managers, Product line functions, Marketing, Finance, Warehouses, Import dept,
External: Vendors in Israel and abroad, Agents, Distributors, Sub contractors, forwarders
