responsibilities:
• To provide business consultancy service to clients, helping them to maximise their investment in NICE solutions.
• To proactively work with NICE customers on the development of business processes and how to best implement them using NICE solutions.
• To think creatively and develop custom solutions for clients which promote NICE products and improve customer’s ROI and customer’s satisfaction.
• To contribute to the evolution of our service offerings, methodologies and tools through the course of client project activities and growth in NICE’s intellectual capital.
• To be responsible for project tasks and deliverables including preparation of customized documents for customers, web sessions and conference calls with customers to support them in all implementation stages.
• To deliver a high quality service resulting in reference-able clients and profitable revenue for NICE.
• To contribute to the growth of the consulting practice by providing subject matter knowledge of our product capabilities and applications to our core business.
requirements:
• Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of call centre / contact centre leadership experience; ideal candidate will come from a leadership role within diverse contact centre environments and/or a contact centre consulting firm or contact centre Technology Company.
• Must have experience of consultancy as well as CRM or contact center expertise.
• Must have the ability to learn quickly and assimilate technical and functional knowledge of NICE product solutions.
• Must have excellent consulting, presentation, facilitation and client interaction skills.
• Must have good written skills
• Subject matter knowledge in areas of contact center, business operations, performance management and metrics, quality management and training.
• Must speak Russian and English. Other languages would be an advantage.
• Will have to travel extensively across EMEA – up to 75% of the time travelling.
