• PhD in chemical engineering or chemistry or materials engineering with research experience in analytical chemistry and/or catalysis.
• Strong background in instrumental work such as HPLC, MS, GC. Preferably was involved in actual design or improvement of one of these tools.
• Preferably, some background in dielectric materials.
• Preferably, has some experience with the use of computer for simulations and mathematical software.
