Onset Technology is seeking a passionate mobile developer for our Israel site in Hertzelia Pituach.

Job Purpose:

• Development of Java/J2ME based mobile apps for Blackberry and Android.

Competencies:

 Experience with Eclipse based development of native Android or Blackberry apps.
 Deep Experience testing and debugging using Emulators.
 Has setup application deployment through the BES or Android market.
 An eye for great design and user experience.
 BSc Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
 Passionate about quality.
 willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies.
 Knowledge of REST, SOAP and other protocols.
 TDD and Patterns knowledge
 Experience with Scrum
 Good understanding of the Mobile Browsers.
 Bonus points for working with the Blackberry new webkit based browser on Blackberry Torch.
 Bonus points for working with Android 2.3 gingerbread.
